How We Create
How We Create: Giving Remnants a Second Life
A Closed-Loop Production Process Designed to Eliminate Landfill Waste
Every industrial remnant we use has a past lifecycle. We intercept these materials right before they are thrown away, giving them a second, elevated identity as premium accessories.
Our Step-by-Step Circular Craftsmanship:
1. Material Identification & Sourcing: We source weather-resistant, rugged materials that are 100% destined for landfills. To keep our ecological footprint at absolute zero, we pay zero cost for our raw waste materials.
2. Water-Efficient Cleansing: Materials like retired truck tarps and billboard vinyls are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized using specialized, water-conserving washing methods.
3. Designer Evaluation & Curation: Lead designer Gizem Eroğlu evaluates the specific shades, vintage fades, and graphic patterns of each batch, carefully planning which collection it fits best.
4. Hand-Cutting & Boutique Tailoring: Because remnants come in irregular sizes and patterns, they cannot be processed in massive automated factories. Instead, every piece is individually hand-cut and meticulously stitched by local small-scale artisans.
5. Premium Hardware Assembly: We complete each bag by integrating %100 recycled YKK zippers and accessories, ensuring that even the smallest detail aligns with global quality and circular standards.
