A closed-loop production process designed to eliminate landfill waste. Every industrial remnant we use has a past life; we intercept it right before it is thrown away.
Step by step
Material identification & sourcing
We source weather-resistant, rugged materials that are 100% destined for landfill. To keep our ecological footprint at absolute zero, we pay nothing for our raw waste.
Water-efficient cleansing
Retired truck tarps and billboard vinyls are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised using specialised, water-conserving washing methods.
Designer curation
Lead designer Gizem Eroğlu reads the shades, vintage fades and graphic textures of each rescued batch, then designs around real-world use.
Hand-cutting & boutique tailoring
Remnants arrive in irregular sizes and patterns, so they cannot go through automated factories. Every piece is individually hand-cut and stitched by local small-scale artisans.
Premium hardware assembly
Each bag is finished with 100% recycled YKK zippers and industrial-grade fittings, so even the smallest detail meets circular standards.
The materials
PVC-coated polyester from decommissioned haulage trailers. Already waterproof, already weathered.
Retired advertising and festival prints. The graphics and fades are kept, never hidden.
Thermal scrap from the car industry, used to line the cooler pieces.
Salvaged car seatbelts, bar-tacked into straps rated well beyond daily loads.
Punctured tubes reused for trims, pulls and reinforcement.
Zippers and buckles made from 100% recycled material.
