Ethics & Social Power

Crafted by Human: Inclusive and Ethical Tailoring

Guaranteeing Fair Wages and Empowering Disadvantaged Communities with AYDER

Our production model is just as ethical as our materials are ecological. Because salvaged remnants arrive in disorganized, irregular batches, we reject mass industrial sweatshops. Instead, we partner with local small-scale artisans and women's cooperatives to ensure a high-quality, boutique tailoring environment.

Our Social Impact Standards:

Fair Trade Wages: Thanks to our zero raw material cost strategy, we reallocate our savings directly to our tailors, guaranteeing fair-trade wages and healthy, supportive working conditions.

Inclusive Employment with AYDER: Through our strategic partnership with the Alternative Life Association (Alternatif Yaşam Derneği - AYDER), our local workshops actively integrate, train, and employ individuals from disadvantaged communities, including women cooperatives, refugees, the Roma community, and individuals with disabilities.

Zero-Waste Retail Display Stands: Civil society and circularity are reflected in how we display our products. In collaboration with Rearte Upcycle, our physical retail and hotel display stands are manufactured from 100% post-consumer scrap plastic, further reducing our carbon footprint across retail points.
