At Loading Bag by Upcycle Hero, we believe waste is simply design waiting for a better purpose. Born from a commitment to the circular economy, we rescue heavy-duty industrial materials—from weather-tested truck tarpaulins and festival billboards to automotive insulation scraps and bicycle inner tubes—and transform them into functional, timeless everyday bags. 

Our mission is to replace disposable culture with durable, 1-of-1 design. By combining urban utility with zero-raw-material extraction, we deliver high-performing gear that carries a genuine past and a conscious future.

The Way We Create: Craftsmanship & Integrity

  • Master Patterning & Hand-Cut Precision: Every piece of rescued material is cleaned, sorted, and hand-cut by experienced artisans and master pattern makers to highlight the unique visual character of each surface. 

  • Limited Editions (1-of-1): Because no two reclaimed tarps are alike, every finished bag is unique. Each item is stamped with its own individual series and batch number (e.g., #40/200).

  • Fair Pay & Inclusive Workshops: We partner directly with local craft workshops and women's cooperatives, adhering to strict fair trade and safe labor standards.

  • Engineered for Daily Life: Water-resistant shells, reinforced stitching, industrial-grade buckles, and YKK hardware ensure all bags are built for daily commutes and long journeys.

  • End-to-End Traceability: In partnership with Commited.app, each product includes a verified Digital Product Passport (DPP).
